looking forward

November 20, 2011 by L.S. Johnson

bad weather and too much day-job is greying out everything else.  you know things are bad when you start to want to press and hang curtains.  it’s all making me grumpy and grouchy and keeping me yet again from writing.

but in better news: bit the bullet and booked paris.  (how many bs can i get in a sentence? if only i was setting this in brussels, or brazil, or brooklyn.)  so now on to thinking about how best to utilize my brief time there.  this, of course, is number one:

the hôtel de sens, one of the first paris buildings that made my little head spin with possibilites.  and now home to the forney art library, bonus! my room is very close to it, the better to grovel with the forney’s staff for as much access as possible.
